All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, Gems by Nayla is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Gems by Nayla is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a claim.

6. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you with a resolution.
