  • At Gems by Nayla, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

Refund Policy - The Basics

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Jewelry must be returned with the original packaging and receipt.

Exchanges

  • If damaged exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in new condition with the receipt.

  • Exchanges can be made for another item of equal value.
